Alongside project for clients and studio collections, Ilsa is the managing director for witty product brand Rethinkthings LTD, and concept gift store MYNE.boutique, she is also endeavouring to make her patented "flo" standing and walking aid commercially accessible.


Ilsa Parry design studio offers bespoke and made to order furniture, lighting, print and 3d printed jewellery through the fashion and interior based collections. This brand also offers client consultancy and project management on a broad range of design activity.
 

Rethinkthings works with inventive UK designers and thinkers to produce bright, and thought provoking products for interiors, retail and global trade, providing a route to market for ambitious determined minds and a fresh, charismatic product offer for trade. Constantly evolving as a collaborative product realisation brand, we strive to bridge the gap between creativity and commerce. We invest in promising talent under the umbrella brand and produce under license for wholesale. Rethinkthings is the parent company for Ilsa Parry Design Studio.  


Sister company MYNE. boutique is a smart online concept brand offering a range of affordable design led gifts which emotively connect the giver and receiver through shared personality,  Its mission is to heighten engagment and appreciation for thoughtful design. Everything sold is designed to be communicated in a way that is meaningful so they can be bought and given as a cherished reflection of the intended owner.


The Flo standing and walking aid is an ongoing project to commercially release a unique and inventive standing and walking device. Patented in two countries, this was the winning design on BBC "Design for Life" with Philippe Starck.

In the future, ilsa will focus on working to generate R+D funds in order to produce some of the more challenging collaborative research projects that have been developed over time. This will include commercialisation of her patent protected “Flo” standing and walking aid.
