Des Ops Implementation

My employer Mindwave identified the need for a more structured design process within its client services arm. I was appointed head of Design Operations and was tasked with forming the department remit and structuring workflows to seamlessly integrate with cross functional teams and existing templates. I costed the budget required to achieve the objectives and formed a series of seminars to introduce the concept of the new department to various business functions, outlining transitional timelines, tools and milestones for strategic change to align with GDS/agile processes.
