In order to ensure that our Saas product "Maia" could be regularly user tested at Mindwave, I developed a marketing campaign and recruitment process for incentivised and volunteer user testing participants, enabling the company to have access to a list of suitable user testers of various lived experience at any point in time. I also documented all user stories and acceptance criteria from prior and ongoing user research in a “research repository”, referenced against developed use cases and product features, accessible by all staff in cross functional teams. This allowed transparency for the entire company to be able to validate the problem solving nature of each feature developed against a user need and provided us with robust justification and assurance for clients. We also developed an extensive list of KPI's to benchmark added value against.
