Alder Hey Anywhere - User Journeys

Service design for a universal, centralised platform delivering a hybrid of both hospital and virtual models of care for Children engaged with services at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool. I helped to create a user testing package and show the client how to iterate user journeys from tree test outcomes, defining objectives and KPI's to ensure a cohesive user journey to goal. Since launch, over 800 staff have been trained to perform virtual consultations, allowing them to work remotely and 4,500 patients can now be treated from home, alleviating NHS burden.
