Brook Sexual Health - User Personas, Style Tiles and Use Cases

A nationwide digital service solution for a sexual health charity supporting young people. Aside from leading on all aspects of discovery, I also carried out service blueprinting with key stakeholders to map the service from end to end and surface to core, highlighting areas of risk for the organisation and end users. Key personas were developed to highlight use cases, which allowed workshop insights to be translated into user stories and acceptance criteria which could then be organised into epics for sprint planning. The solution is set to benefit 40,000+ young people by 2025. An independent impact report was produced in 2022, finding strong evidence that the first release is having a positive impact on Brook’s strategic priorities of Challenging Inequality, Increasing Accessibility and Driving Innovation.
