CYP as One - Identifying User Pain Points

Service design and UX research for Children and young people’s mental health services across the Liverpool and Sefton region. I carried out service blueprinting alongside a series of discovery workshops and user testing in direct response with key stakeholders from NHS services and 3rd party suppliers to form rationale for user journeys and UI iterations. The CYP As One™ platform was co-designed by over 100 CYPs, parents, and staff, based on their real-world needs, and delivers a new digital model of care bringing together 13 different mental health providers and includes a triage process to allow the region to prioritise available resources to those most in need of support, and was recognised as winner of the innovation category at the Forward Health Awards 2021.
