MSI Reproductive Choices - Wireframes & Userflows

Service design and UX design and research for MSI Reproductive Choices Charity to inform a bespoke, advanced appointment booking solution triaging and signposting solutions to meet a 30% year on year rising demand for sexual and reproductive healthcare. The project began with a deep dive investigation into the specifics of the existing user journeys and experiences of its clients and staff through a series of 17 discovery workshops covering topics such as STI testing, counselling, eligibility and consultation, consent, triage, aftercare, and safeguarding. User journeys were mapped and pain points highlighted to inform feature prioritisation for alpha iteration. Low-fi wireframes were then drafted and mapped to user flows to assist client sign off and validation for beta. The deployed platform now offers global access to reproductive choice for 85,000+ individuals.
