NHS Staff Hub - Extracting Key themes, Testing Wireframes

A discovery and alpha report to fully understand the health and wellbeing needs of health care professionals through their own unique frame of reference. Highlighting key themes drawn out from the analysis of surveys, workshops and consultation sessions, which were carried out to examine user challenges and needs. The discovery report breaks down insights to form actionable recommendations for wireframes, userflows and relevant features to be included in the MVP in the alpha project phase, prior to build. The alpha report describes the journey through the alpha phase and participant testing response to wireframe screens as prototype designs to provide solid recommendations for a closed beta service launch.
