NHS Somerset - Qualitative Discovery Phase

An extended discovery in 3 NHS for Somerset NHS Foundation Trust to explore the opportunity to create a personal health record responsive web application. Explorative workshop sessions took place within Perioperative, Community Mental Health and Maternity services with patients, carers and clinicians involved in sharing lived experience and actively assisting to co-design alpha phase solutions. This resulted in a number of user stories and acceptance criteria from which initial wireframe screens could be produced. See links for full report.
